Delete your account
You can delete your NeoCut account and its data at any time.
Option 1: in the app
Open NeoCut, go to Settings > Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately. This is the fastest way.
Option 2: by email
Email support@neocut.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm it is you and delete the account, and reply when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile details
- Your projects, transcripts and project history
- Uploaded videos, exports, previews and subject masks still stored on our servers
- Copies on our motion-template server are deleted automatically within 7 days
- Any AI Credits left in your account, including bought credits
Kept after deletion
- Purchase and AI Credit records, because tax law requires it (up to 8 years), with your email and other identifiers removed
- Referral attribution rows, for our commission records, with your email and other identifiers removed
- If you used the free template edit this website offered: a one-way hash of your email address, to prevent repeat free trials. It cannot be turned back into your email.
- When you delete your account, we keep a one-way, scrambled fingerprint of your email address (not the address itself) only for as long as we need it to prevent misuse of free minutes by deleting and re-creating accounts. It cannot be turned back into your email address.

One more step: cancel your subscription
Deleting your NeoCut account does not cancel a subscription billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Cancel it there too, or billing continues (Google Play: Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions; iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions).
